Today, AI technology is undergoing a comprehensive transformation of traditional industries. The petroleum and petrochemical industry is one of the pillar industries for the development of our country’s national economy. With the continuous improvement of national economic strength and technological level, the oil and gas industry is presenting a new trend of “digital and intelligent” development.
In order to promote the development of oil and gas AI and new energy technologies, and to facilitate industry technology exchange, cooperation, innovation, and development, Xi’an Shiyou University and Shaanxi Petroleum Society have decided to hold the “3rd Oil & Gas AI and New Energy” International Conference in Xi’an, Shaanxi on November 22-23, 2025.

Papers of topics in the following scopes are welcomed
- Frontiers of AI technology in oil and gas: Share the latest research results and application cases of artificial intelligence in various aspects such as oil and gas exploration, development, production, and management.
- Outlook for New Energy Technologies: Explore the latest developments in new energy science and technology such as geothermal, wind, photovoltaic, and hydrogen energy.
- Intelligent oil and gas field construction: Introduce the concept, technical architecture, implementation plan, and successful cases of intelligent oil and gas field construction.
- Green and low-carbon transformation: Analyze the path, challenges, and countermeasures of green and low-carbon transformation in the oil and gas industry, and explore the role of AI and new energy in it.
- Application of AI in other resources: Promote the application of AI in fields such as metal minerals, coalfields, and nitrogen.
- Forum Dialogue: Invite industry experts, scholars, and business representatives to have in-depth exchanges and discussions on hot issues in the fields of oil and gas AI and new energy.
